1) General
Please read these terms of service before placing an order with us. By proceeding with placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read our terms of service as outlined below and indicate your agreement to conduct your transaction according to these terms.
2) Changes and Cancellations 订单取消
All changes and cancellations must be made within 3 days or before the start of production, whichever is earliest.
3) Revision Policy 修订政策
For all orders, we will provide you with digital mock-ups during the design process. All custom designs are entitled to two rounds of design revisions for free. Beyond that, any further rounds of revision will be billed a revision fee of $30.
4) Refund Policy 退款政策
We do not offer refunds. If a completed order is found to contain mistakes on our part, we will be happy to remake it for you.
5) Payment Policy 付款政策
We accept payment through cash and PayNow transfer.
A deposit of 50% the total cost of the order will be required for orders above $200, with remaining payment due upon collection of the complete order. For all other orders below $200, payment will be required upfront.
6) Last-minute orders
Orders that are placed with less than one week of lead time for trophies and two weeks of lead time for shirts are considered to be last-minute orders. All last-minute orders are subject to a surcharge of 20%.
7) Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time according to our discretion.
